And it finally did happen, my childhood dream – “ Rajdhani First AC ” journey, and it was magnificent. The journey began from  New Delhi Railway Station on 26 th December 2012. What-a-Taste !!!

Image
Sometimes, in life, we have such beautiful memories that narrating them to someone might bring laughter, a tear of joy, and sadness and make us realise what we are missing in our current lives. And sometimes we wish, one could have a ‘Time Machine’ to take us back in that time. This one is indeed that very incident which today, I would like to share with my readers. Let me take you ~2 decades back. Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh (1993-94 ) Incident #1 Human childhood is the best time for elders to see their children grow and for us - growing, to experiment the weirdest thing that one could ever imagine. It was the time, which seemed unbounded unbounded, the time where we had the freedom’ in terms of thoughts and actions; and even if it were naughty, we were mostly forgiven and we would hear ...  baccha hai, jaane do . Now, let me take you towards that food we ate and the experiments with our taste buds. Not the food that parents fed us with, but to those which we were ...

Things Required in an Adventure Trip

Image
Yesterday (29/9/2012) was the most memorable day of my college life. What a fun we all had. But, someone rightly said that ‘man’ learns from his mistakes and ‘Experience’. So, from the experience of the adventure trip to Garbhanga Reserve Forest [ 25°57'56"N 91°42'11"E ] – Guwahati Assam INDIA I got the following things to keep in mind.   Group: Rule #1 – Be in group, don’t allow anyone to go far away from the group, and make sure that none is left behind. Encourage people walking slowly to walk together in case of trekking. Water : At least 2-3 Litres per person, or best if you could arrange a large container of water if you are taking a vehicle along with food too. [Like we did] Taste, Touch, Smell: Rule #2 – Do not pick up random stuff - like I picked up a small piece of hollow bamboo piece which was full of large Red ants. It might have been worst. So be careful. Do not try to touch/smell colourful flower-like on the plants, they migh...

Breaking The Barrier

Image
Everyone likes to capture images, but do we realize that some clicks, stays with us, tell us something which even words could not describe or express. Image is such thing which touches us directly, without any medium of transmission, it gets into our mind and soul. This is one such image. Describing the barrier in lives that all of us in some or the other point of time face. There is a fear in us which stops us from doing or attempting a thing, it might be fear of failure, fear of other making fun of us after we could not do it properly or something else. But fear stays with us. We should indeed break the barrier, for every such things which makes us stay back of it. "Just Do It" is what should be followed without worrying about the consequences, failure, fear associated with it. And at thing time I also remember another saying "Dar Ke Aage Jeet Hai" , meaning there is Success is beyond fear....so try breaking the barrier and become Fearless !
