Its Summer Time, And this is the time when students are either on Internships, Vacations or Chilling at Home with family & relatives. This is the time when we can experiment, and what better than our favorite Midnight snack - Maggi Noodles.
Here is my secret recipe. A picture Story
- Step 1: Cutting the Vegetables
Take Carrot, Reddish, Green Capsicum and Green Chillies (depending on taste). Chop them into small pieces.

This is how it will look like when done |
Put the vegetables on a bowl with water, noodles, Maggi Tastemaker and Maggi Masala Magic (1 tea spoon) and put them to boil.
- See to it that the bowl is covered for sometime when on boil and then later remove it when done. No water should remain when done, this enhances the taste of the noodles.

- Step 3: Garnish & Serve Hot
Remove the noodles from the bowl and put it either on plate or another eating bowl. Garnish it with Lemon, Coriander leaves and a little grated ginger.
